Holiday Workshops

Our structured holiday music workshops are designed for school-aged children from Year 2 to Year 10 (ages 6-14). Whether your child is brand new to the guitar, ukulele, or bucket drums, or they have prior experience, these workshops provide a fun way to learn new skills and make lasting friendships. Led by passionate instructors, your child will explore their potential in a supportive environment.

Chords & Colours: Christmas Edition 2025

Our much-loved Christmas holiday art and music workshops are back this December! Designed for school-aged children from Year 2 to Year 10 (ages 6–15), these small group sessions offer a structured day of creativity while parents are at work and school has finished.

What does your child(ren) get to experience?

  • Learn a Christmas song

  • Take a Christmas music sheet home

  • Paint a ukulele or a bucket drum with special art techniques

  • Take the instrument home!

Senior Workshop

  • Year 6 - Year 10 (ages 9 - 14)

  • One day workshop

  • Timeframe: 9am - 2pm

  • Price: $65 (discounts for siblings)

  • Acoustic guitar, electric guitar, ukulele & bass welcome

  • Tutors: Lance & Sacha

  • Explore chords, popular songs, develop their musical skills

  • Focus on performance techniques

  • All levels welcome: beginner to advanced

  • Spaces limited

Junior Workshop

  • Year 2 - Year 5 (ages 5 - 9)

  • One day workshop

  • Timeframe: 9am - 1pm

  • Price: $55 (discounts for siblings)

  • Ukulele and bucket drums

  • Tutors: Sacha & Ash

  • Basic chords, popular songs, and beginner-friendly drumming patterns

  • No instrument experience required

  • Spaces limited

Our senior workshop is led by Sacha and Matua Lance. Both are experienced teachers and accomplished musicians. Together, they’ll lead a structured, hands-on day filled with music, creativity, and fun. Perfect for Year 5 - Year 10 students looking to develop new music skills, take part in engaging musical activities, and build confidence in a supportive environment.
